b. Acknowledgement of Grievance

Upon receiving your grievance, the Grievance Redressal Cell will:

We aim to resolve all grievances within 7-10 business days. However, complex issues may take longer, and we will keep you updated on the progress.

Once the grievance is resolved, we will inform you of the outcome via the communication method you used to file the grievance (e.g., email, phone). We will provide details of the resolution, including any corrective actions taken or compensation offered, if applicable.
3. Escalation of Grievances
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your grievance, you can escalate it to higher authorities within the Company.
