1. Cancellation Policy for Room Bookings
Cancellation requests for room bookings can be made via our website, email, or by calling our customer support. The refund amount depends on the time of cancellation prior to the check-in date. The following terms apply:
a. Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellation made 7 days or more before check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
- Cancellation made between 4 to 6 days before check-in date: 100% refund of the booking amount.
- Cancellation made within 3 days of the check-in date: No refund will be provided.
b. No-Show Policy:
If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be given.
2. Cancellation Policy for Packages
Cancellation of tour packages must be done in accordance with the following time frame:
a. Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellation made 15 days or more before the start date of the package: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a cancellation fee of 50% of the total package cost.
- Cancellation made between 7 to 14 days before the start date of the package: 50% refund of the total package cost.
- Cancellation made within 7 days of the start date of the package: No refund will be provided.
b. Special Offers & Seasonal Packages:
- For bookings made during peak seasons, festivals, or promotional offers, the cancellation terms may differ. A specific cancellation fee or non-refundable terms may apply. These terms will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
3. Refund Process
Refunds for canceled bookings will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note the following:
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds may take between 7 to 15 business days to be processed depending on the payment provider’s policies.
- Third-Party Payment Processors: If a third-party payment processor (such as a credit card company, bank, or payment gateway) was used, the Company will initiate the refund, but it may take additional time based on the policies of the third-party service provider.
- Transaction Fees: Any transaction or processing fees levied by the third-party payment provider are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions to the Cancellation Policy
The Company may make exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy in cases of:
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other situations beyond our control, the Company reserves the right to offer a full refund or allow rescheduling of bookings, subject to the nature of the situation.
- Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, we may allow a rescheduled booking or offer a partial refund at our discretion, subject to valid documentation.
- Special Circumstances: Certain packages or offers may have unique cancellation terms, which will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items or services booked through the Service may not be refundable, including but not limited to:
- Non-refundable deposits or advance payments for special events or exclusive packages.
